PARENTS NEED TO BE AWARE!

Oversite in regard to our Charter schools is very lacking along with such lenient legslation that this sitation is beginning to fall under the classificatin of "out of control".  Federal/state funds are being dispirsed to these Charter schools with no oversite - how is it spent - to whom - numerous importat questions. One of the most important to me is where does the debt go when the Charter school closes - back to the taxpayers?  Do we then have to pay their bills they leave ehind!  This is not isolaed!
